It's all fine, let's exchange.... WAIT A MINUTE!!

I was worried when I started this blog, I thought I had left it far too late, we were so deep into the process and the signs were pointing to actually getting something done soon. I didn't think anything would happen today, as per my previous post, but I'm an optimist, after all your lucks gotta change at some point right?

Don't call me, I'll call you!

As is tradition now I am waiting to make my usual 11:00 call to the solicitors, I'm braced for the response, because I've heard it all before. "We've left them a message, not sure if they have received the documents, call back later"

Still, one day I'm sure I will get a better response. One day!

Will We Ever Exchange?

So, welcome to the Blog. People say that buying a house is the most stressful thing that you can do, well we are definitely experiencing that. It all started on the 14th February 2012 so that is around 14 weeks ago, seems like such a long time... Well in all honesty, it is!

It's not a complicated transaction, in fact it is probably one of the most straightforward transactions there is. Me and my Fiancee being first time buyers and the house has absolutely no chain with it.  Simple right? Wrong!
